HOD 2016 – Selattyn Hill Walk

Walk to Sleeping Beauty’s Tower: Selattyn Hill We met at the Lime Kilns Car Park, Craignant and walked up the marked footpath alongside Offa’s Dyke before turning off to finish the climb up Selattyn hill and take in the wonderful views emerging from the morning mist as the sun struggled through the clouds. Oswestry & Border History & Archaeology Group - OBHAG Visit Report to Mellor Mill - July 2015 It was an early start for the trip to Mellor Mill, Marple, Stockport with the coach leaving Oswestry with 19 people on board at 9.00am to arrive at Roman Lakes Leisure Park for 10.30am.
